My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, connected to nature, and had a full kitchen which was perfect for relaxing on the private balcony. The service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond, although lacking some basic toiletries. The location was ideal, right by the beautiful reef, but could have a nicer entrance. The dining experience was a mix of great omelets and fresh tortillas but also unhygienic spots, and the facilities were top-notch.
The rooms are quite large and well-appointed, offering great amenities, but the price is way overpriced. Unfortunately, our room was not made up on the first morning. However, the amenities included in the stay were truly a steal.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were much nicer than the photos on the website, but the construction work made it completely unacceptable for habitation. The fully equipped kitchen was a great addition, although we didn't use it much due to the dinner options available. Breakfast, included and served in the beachfront restaurant, was a nice touch.
